Sorry for how this is written I didn't know how else to explain but to write it in literal steps
1.receive a message with an item attached
2.attach an item to your response message
3.accept the items from the senders message
4.when the page refreshes the item you have attached to your response image will break
I assume the item will still send find since it's just an image error, but I thought I'd still report it. I might try and replicate it if I can find someone to do it to make sure it's not a one time thing/get an image of the actual broken image
