I cannot pick up and my dragons around to different spots while on my phone. I could before the daily server maintenance.

Just to double check - You're using the three dots below the dragons portrait in edit mode?
Otherwise, what is happening when you try to move them? Is it just not registering the 'click' input so you can't 'click+drag' or is something else happening (I know it's mobile I'm just not sure the phrasing, whoops)

Yes I'm using the 3 dots. I'm pretty sure it's not registering the 'click' as you put it. It did end up letting me move them at one point but a few minutes later I couldn't move them again. So I don't know if it's the site or of my phone is acting up.
I have closed the page completely and opened a new one and it is still doing it. I've also cleared my cookies and everything.

hm, if possible I would test it on another browser if you have one installed
Otherwise I would maybe play with zoom levels a little bit. FR isn't exactly the most mobile friendly but often times one of the things that goofs with it the most is zoom - even on desktop sometimes.
The only other thing I can think is to check what (if any) add-ons or extensions your mobile browser is using - I imagine you can open up incognito windows on mobile so if you can't try another browser that would be the next best option!
If either work then it's just a game of narrowing down the exact reason and if neither of them work then, unfortunately, that's all I've got, lol. Although, someone else who's more mobile savvy might have a bit more luck troubleshooting past that

Not sure if this was resolved for you @bogqueen but I had/have the same problem that started roughly the same time. Cleared cache, zoomed in and out, tried samsung internet browser and chrome. I also restarted my phone. I've got a samsung galaxy s9. XP

Oooo interesting... that makes me wonder if it's just a samsung thing. I don't know another user rl with an alt phone to test that tho

I'm also having this problem. It wasn't like this last week, and I want to say it started happening to me in the last 72 hours or so. I'm using a Chrome mobile browser and a Samsung S9, and I noticed that I had to close the coli or lair page AND close the browser and sometimes it still wouldn't work. I even reset my whole phone and had the problem last night. I noticed that refreshing the page tends to trigger it if I had it "fixed".
Edit: whatever this bug is is causing some lag in the coli for me, making leveling harder
