Hello!

I was looking around the forums, and I don't see anyone else having this issue; I thought I'd mention it though.

The alert button isn't showing me the alerts and friend request button, arrow (where the setting are) isn't working as well. The only button that is working on the top right corner is the PM icon.

Is there a way to fix my alerts? (I can't go into settings to change anything)

Have you cleared your cache and cookies, logged out and logged back in, and tried in a different browser/incognito mode with all addons and extensions disabled?

Honestly, I haven't tried that hard, but I have cleared my cache and cookies, and used a different browser with and without incognito mode. I can't log out, since the (arrow) button is not working for me.

Hm, clearing your cookies should have logged you out. And it doesn't work in a different browser? That's very odd. Do you have another device you can try?

Thanks for trying to help me! Unfortunately the other browser I have will log me out often, so that is the reason I don't use it. I'll try on a different device as soon as I can.

It could be that your other browser is set to clear cookies periodically - I'd check your settings!

I can't think of why it wouldn't work even with all addons & extensions turned off, so that's a bit of a mystery!
