so I wanted to know if this was a good dragon bio or not

I've had this boy for a long time and i'm pretty happy with him and his lore and i was wondering if anyone else had dragons that had lore regarding breed changes rather than leaving it as "they magically transformed" or something? it would really help for some of my other dragons i plan on changing
I wanted a reason for it rather than it just happening

I think that's a neat lore idea! I like very much how you gave him a history, a reason, and a means to get to where he is now.
I am also very, very big on preferring to have a reason behind changes in dragons. Only in my lore, it absolutely cannot be done by any sort of scroll, and if any dragon had the sort of magic to change another, that would be a massive, massive deal. But in my lore, the deities are much more active. I actually exalted probably my favorite dragon and her lore, but some of my others have some, if you're interested ever!
