Okay, lets start with the basics.

1. Where is your clan/lair located? Does it have to be flight specific? Do you just like the land, (lets say a forest), but they don't worship Gladekeeper?

2. What does this clan offer? What community are you building?
Here are three examples! My 1st lore clan was about a deadly virus and all the survivors came together in a contained area because they were infected. (Some weren't, but they wanted to help). They had to stay together and help each other because they had the same sickness. My second clan was all growers of plants that made medicines, so they worked together to send medicine all over the eleven flights, but they stayed together in a certain area that turned them all the same color. My third clan, my current one since I den'd the others as they have since 'passed on', can be found in my signature, (just click the picture). They live at a lighthouse / inn that takes in weary travelers. So if you want a clan that takes in dragons, why do they do this? What can they provide to the dragons they take in? What do they have in common?

I'm also going to share @/HSoup's lair. I don't want to bother her by pinging her but her clan is a chose your own adventure tour and it's so inspiring *_*

@MurEyeUh Thanks for tips! My main idea so far is that its kinda like a board game land ( not literally just inspired ) The land where they live is the intersection between 4 different lands - One of space, gore, forest, and candy.

The main reason they take other dragons in is because they hate the fighting between clans, and they all come from odd backgrounds. For example me and my girlfriends avatar dragons are literally from space.

They want to provide a home where everyone has a purpose and can become who they want to be.

One main thing everyone has in common is some knack for magic - even the warrior dragons have some. I want many of the dragons to be practically made up of their magic

@skylertay10 The game board idea is really fun! So is it on the edge if Arcane, Plague, and Light? Or is it not part of the FR Universe? If you want it magic related, you should have some sort of reason why the land itself draws magic users and have it make their magic grow. If you don't want it to be FR related, you can always make it a portal from light flight to an alternate universe attached to the FR Lore. (There are canon portals in Light and shadow flight).

@MurEyeUh I think a portal universe is a good idea! Im thinking that the land draws magic users because of the consecrations of magic it has there- considering there are trees made of candy ect
