Millie gets stuff done, medically. She's a brilliant surgeon and a primary care physician, and has magical as well as mundane capability. She's got a good bedside manner and a story to tell, but has no patience for hypochondriacs. Her nurse is good too.

She's best suited to helping dragons deal with stress from being overworked, but she also handles various other disorders and psychological maladies with remarkable grace and skill. If she wasn't good, Columbine would never have hired her. She can read feelings off faces quicker than a Skydancer in some cases. Outside of therapy she's open and relaxed, with a fondness for fruity mixed drinks and an even bigger fondness for ridgebacks.

Although she's really more interested in research than sniveling hatchlings, she'll do what needs to be done to keep the clan healthy, especially where life-threatening injuries or illnesses are concerned. However, she has very little patience with patients who whine. Although she is magically adept, Miraza prefers to rely on her nonmagical skills whenever possible; magic's refusal to conform to the laws that govern the rest of the universe is somewhat disturbing to her, and while it makes for excellent research for a curious dragon, Miraza does not like to treat her patients with something that she equates to an untested hypothesis if it can be avoided.
