TOPIC | Return of the Unnameds - help needed!

No need to ping, I'll be subscribed! I'm pretty bad for leaving dragons unnamed for ages before finally thinking of something, so some naming help would be appreciated! I'll use this thread to dump any dragons needing help. I am generally open to: silly names, punny names, names with many layers of meaning, food names, random object names, real human names, science-related names, funny word names, basically any names. Take a look in my lair to get an idea of the name variety I use. Any and all suggestions are appreciated, even if only to narrow down what I might be looking for! CURRENTLY NAMELESS: mossy rock kid Hatched to commemorate my switch from Nature to Arcane. Somewhat themed around both! Connected lore with my other dragon Kuiper - where Kuiper has far too much magical energy in his body, this guy has too little to survive on his own. Check his bio for potential gene plans! Kinda weird though. Needs anything else. A little bit silly, I think. He is cute and soothing and warm.

@Slenderkitty
Thanks for replying! I quite like the sound of some of these - namely Artemis for 4, Picasso for 5, Sophia and Isabelle for 9 (and for 6, actually...) and Sam for 10 (I'm not even American, I just think it sounds like a cute name haha). I'll add these to my 'considering' lists!

@RainbowRay

For number 4, I really thing Venus would be a good name. After all, Venus is the Roman equivalent of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of beauty and she has the same color scheme as the planet.

@cheesypickles62
Venus is a great name, but it just wouldn't feel right to name a Jupiter-themed dragon after a different planet! Thanks anyway, though!

1. Googly or Googlymoogly. 'Cause... look at her.
2. Andromeda
3. Ganymede (moon of Jupiter)
7. Oog or Augo - old German words for eye. (Other languages didn't sound as silly.)
8. Almeria (where the song Strawberry Fields was written)

@RainbowRay - and since I have moons of Jupiter pulled up.... Amalthea or Europa seem apt for your Jupiter girl.

@mamamouse
Oh my gosh, is Oog really a word for eye? That's hilarious, I'll definitely put that one on his list! I like that it kind of sounds like a caveman grunt too.
Those were all really good suggestions, thank you!!

Maybe Makoto or Lita for #4? Those were the names of both the Japanese and English version of Sailor Jupiter from Sailor Moon.
