So, I just bought a dragon yesterday and I got excited, so I wrote all of her lore. All she needs now is her ghost scroll and some heckin cheap apparel. (her scries are at the bottom of her bio if you're curious. bonus points if anyone knows why she's a fandragon.) Pretty much, she died and was resurrected, but the guy who resurrected her was abusive towards her and locked her up and stuff, so she smashed him with a rock and set him on fire. Then she set his house one fire, but she's now dedicated herself to raising the dead and giving second chances to those who were once dead. Anyway, I wanna see other people's lore dragon.

How do you plan on dressing her? Too bad there aren't many skeletal skins or accents for PCs. Likr the bogsneak one--itd look amazing with that lore!

About half of my dragons have lore, but I'll just show the heroine and protagonist of the current arc I'm writing... He also has his eye on Liora, so naturally it's up to her to stop him somehow. She's just trying to journey around Sornieth, trying to become powerful enough to stop him.

Nearly all my dragons have lore, though some are still being fleshed out. I’ll post my Patriarch, since it all starts with him!

Her Lore is in her bio But in case you want it NOW: When Stirling was born, she knew in her heart she was never meant to be a lightning dragon. Her low-born parents, however sweet, were not the kind of people she wanted to be like. She was a natural-born leader, not a natural born follower. Of course they were kind, of course they were good, but Stirling did not like being at the bottom of the pecking order. She followed around the leader of the Sparkshift Canyon, Nephti. One day, a tiny Fae entered the lair Stirling stayed at. Nephti claimed she had a meeting with a Fae called Voodoo and that it would be important for Stirling to attend. Both the Guardian and Pearlcatcher walked into the meeting hall where a purple and black Fae sat, patiently. The Fae spoke of how she would like to mentor a future leader. Excitement filled Stirling as she wanted to volunteer herself, but she knew better than to do such. Nephti volunteered Stirling to fill the job. Off Voodoo and Stirling went, to start a lair off in the Driftwood Drag, where Voodoo was from. Voodoo taught Stirling everything she needed to know about running her own lair. They saved up enough treasure where Stirling could buy a lair of her own in the Shrieking Wilds and host dragons as she pleased. Voodoo stayed with Stirling but went back to her own lair to take care of her own guests every day. One day, Voodoo did not come back. It was a week until Stirling found a note on the table, saying: "My Dearest, Stirling, The amount of growth I have seen in you is outstanding. You went from being the little Pearlcatcher who didn't know how to clean her own pearl she was supposed to protect, to running your own lair. Words cannot describe how proud I am of you. I knew the Shadow Flight did not suit you well. That's why I bought you the lair you now own in the Viridian Labyrinth. Call it what you want, host whoever you want. I will always be proud of you, I see you as one of my children. Now, to answer the question you're probably thinking, I have exalted myself. I now serve the Gladekeeper to remind myself of you. She's so caring, she's just like you, my darling. I do not know if I will ever return, but if I do, you must remain to be queen. I refuse to rule unless I am to remain your equal. I don't know if I will ever see you again, but I send you all of my love and all of my luck. I have left you 400kT to spend on your lair. You can do this. With all my love, Voodoo" Stirling's lair was tiny and a little full, yet everything was in tip-top cleaning shape. Only she lived in it, with very few rooms. She could not stand things being dirty nor could she tolerate when dragons attempted to walk in without wiping their claws. Stirling was an introverted dragon, spending most of her days inside and reading a book on the Nature flight to see how to fit in better. She realized, however, that the only thing she had to do to fit in the Nature flight was to be kind. One day, when she returned to the lightning domain to visit her parents, she noticed a handsome young Skydancer roaming in their lair. After a warm welcome from the dragons she knew, she relaxed in the lounge room, an old favorite of hers when she used to live there. When she looked over, the Skydancer was timidly approaching her with a wave of his talon. The Skydancer could not speak a bit of English; he could only speak in Japanese. She knew his parents knew both languages but she never knew why they did not teach him English; he could never communicate with all the dragons in his lair. But she was patient. Stirling took the time to teach him English and he was ecstatic about it. They were both hopelessly in love with each other when one day, she realized, she doesn't even know his name! She asked for his name, since he could now understand English a lot better than before, and said his name was Senbonzakura. Stirling asked what it meant and he said, "Thousand Cherry Blossoms." Her heart skipped a beat and she fell even harder for the Skydancer. Senbonzakura moved in to Stirling’s lair, learning a lot more English along the way. Senbonzakura and Stirling began to breed then give her hatchlings to those in want of hatchlings. With her love of business and management, she decided to open her lair to those who want to breed. But not only to those who wanted to breed, but those who had lived a hard life and wanted to get away from their bad situation. Of course, they had to earn their keep, which most dragons would just do by breeding, but breeding was not the only work she accepted. Her nice, comforting vibes made her home that much more open. Although she was introverted, she loved socializing with people and hearing about their stories. Most of the stories she had heard were “I didn’t fit in, so I came here!” She customizes the rooms for each breeding pair according to their individual needs. One of the other deals Stirling makes with the breeding pairs is they have to pay to expand the lair so they can have their own space. If they cannot afford this expense at the time, she compromises, saying that as long as they work harder and more often, she herself will pay for the expansion. Not only do the dragons have to breed to earn their keep but they have to clean, hunt, cook, take care of hatchlings, etc. They all get a certain amount of money and food the more they work. If a dragon does not work for over a month, they are dismissed from the lair. Though Stirling was kind, she knew where to draw the line. Ever since then, more and more dragons have been coming in, slowly expanding the lair. The Alphas have been welcoming more and more dragons due to social ties that Senbonzakura has had, a lot more than expected, considering he did not speak a bit of English before Stirling. The lair is basically a large hierarchy, Stirling and Senbonzakura considering themselves a fair Alpha pair. They assigned lower roles from the most to least responsible: the higher the placing, the more responsible and noble. Stirling's intention for her lair was for dragons to breed, and that is exactly what they came for! Most mothers love the hatchlings running about the lair and treat them well, then send them off to live in higher lairs or to even be exalted when they mature. Stirling has lived her happy days with Senbonzakura and her friends in her lair. Not only this, but Voodoo has returned!
