They're almost right. A small organisation of dragons travel far and wide and settle themselves in distant clans, welcomed because of their pretty scales and alluring demeanor. They begin learning and absorbing the knowledge and plans from the unknowing dragons around them, before sending on the knowledge directly to the Forum of the Obscured Crescent. They are the true Shadowbinder's eyes and ears.

"But I am too noisy!" Crow exclaimed. "I will be heard coming from miles away."
"I am too slow! I will never be able to keep up with my quarry." Bat moaned.
Fox watched.
"Then I will give you two a blessing. In the form of a bird, you will be quiet, and if you do make a noise, it will blend into the background." The Shadowbinder sent shadows coiling around Crow's feet. They swallowed him up. When they dispersed, in the place of the dragon was a large black bird.
"In the form of a bat, you will be able to chase your quarry without ever falling behind." The Shadowbinder sent spiraling shadows around Bat's feet. Soon he was no dragon, but a small black bat. Fox was crafty. She had watched the proceedings, and wanted a blessing for herself.
"My senses are dull!" She cried. "I cannot spy on others if I cannot hear or see them."
The Shadowbinder turned to Fox, her great glowing eyes looking her over.
"In the form of a fox, your senses will be sharp enough to gather all essential information." Once more, the shadows swirled, and in the place of the dragon sat a small grey-black fox.
"My shadowlings, this blessing will allow you to spy unnoticed for me, to act as my eyes and ears in lands outside my control. It lets you change into your animal and change back into a dragon at will. Use it only to better our flight."

Guidelines
X- To be eligible to be listed as a Spy the dragon must be descended from either Corvus, Nahkhiir or Vulpii.
X- Shadowbinder's Spies will have a generation number to show how closely related they are to the three Founders. Corvus, Nahkhiir, Vulpii are Generation 0. Their children are Generation 1, the children's children Generation 2 and so on.

Nahkhiir usually goes by the name Regent. He lived in a plague clan which was ruled by a cruel leader, and decided to put an end to their reign. He began snooping around to find information to use against the leader, and found he had a penchant for spying. He attempted to start a revolution against the leader once he had found some info, but ended up running for the hills when the rest of the clan didn't back him up.
Bi?nfú joined the spies when she was a young adult, and was sent to keep an eye on the son of a former spy who had joined a plague clan. When the son's resistance did not go well, she took him back to his ancestral home.

Vulpii is a fervent follower of the Shadowbinder, and dedicates her time to becoming better at spying and stealth. She herself has the Blessing, and can turn into a black fox with pinky-red whiskers. She is silver-tongued.
Sionna is a former arcane scholar who worked out that the small black fox he saw and his clanmate Vulpii were one and the same, and soon worked out she was a spy. A bit too smart for his own good. She ended up offering him a position decoding secret messages.
