HayBay Well, I guess I look at the different plans I have and decide which one I am most excited to finish. Sometimes that changes, which is perfectly fine too. For example, the girl I have up there, the orange noc, and the purple noc were all in my lair together as basic/basic/basic dragons. I ended up giving them all their primaries first before any got any other genes because man, I really wanted them to have those primaries. After that, I think I finished the purple one first because I was super into purple at the time.
tl;dr - I do it in order of which one I am most excited about and that can change but that's ok because they still all get their genes eventually
