A smirch boy! Awesome! :D That's a fantastic accent on him, too, works so well with the cloak.
The only project I've ever actually completed from scratch is my custom progen... technically I've gened up my random as well, but Loquaesa is the only derg in my lair who's gotten a full regening and a permanent outfit!
