Dragon Share

Okay, I love the classic armor sets (for lack of a better term), but... the helmets. The helmets are just so.... [i]eurgh.[/i] [center][item=Ornate Platinum Helmet][item=Burnished Gold Helmet][item=Tarnished Steel Helmet][item=Dented Iron Helmet][/center] Prove me wrong - show me classic helmets that actually look good!

I'm not even sure if he looks good wearing it but I don't totally hate his look at least (it [i]does[/i] hide his shadow eyes...) Regardless! He's trying his best!

@FishyAeronaut Well he's the first dragon I've seen who doesn't look awful in the helmet, so points for that? I still would have probably gone with the Filigree Helmet though, even with the shadow eyes. I agree, those helmets can be hard to work with. I don't have any on my dragons currently but do intend to use one for a fandragon: [img]https://i.imgur.com/9dJhpoh.png[/img] Gorl's an animated suit of armor, so the helmet gives him the right 'empty' look

That's fair, I think the reason I didn't was because I'd try hiding his eyes with Marva googly-eyes or something! Which...I don't think would look very good.
There also isn't a skull-based apparel that matches his ouyltfit/coloration enough that would also hide his eyes.

I do like the other helmet though, I thought about getting that armor set for Ement or Lailah, Erika as well. But I think they look better with the apparel they all have now... Hha.

If you hate the way the classic helmets look now, you should have seen the original design. It was terrible. XD I personally love them but they're incredibly bulky and cover so much, so I rarely use them.
