TOPIC | [IC/PC] Lvl 25 g1 coatl
So, I'm almost finished with the training of my new mire flyer, and once she hits level 25 in the next week or so it'll be time for this guy to go to a new home. As an unbred, level 25, g1 mire flyer build coatl with eliminate and not awful colors, he must have some value. But I'm not sure how much. Will he market better as a g1 or a coli dragon? I'm hesitant to just toss him up on the AH since I suspect that eliminate + all the other stones (rally, ambush, berserker, etc) make him worth more than what he initially appears. Any ideas?

I personally have to disagree with the last person-
500 g for a Lv. 25 fully stoned, gened, unbred COATL G1?
DEFINITELY NOT.
He has to be worth multiple thousand gems.
(Comparing with other dragons on the ah)
I personally feel 4000 gems would be a good price.

@Sonatine

A Gen One Coatl ALONE could get you 600gems minimum. Upwards of 1000g - 3000g if they are level 25. The fact that he is 3 years old, unbred and has eliminate would definitely add to his value as well.

It may be useful to ping the Gen One Hoarders for an interest check. If you get enough interest in him; definitely go down the auction route.

I'd pop him in the auction forum.. you need to point out all of the things you told us, and the AH just doesn't do that.

In your pricing, keep in mind the cost of a coatl scroll, training a dragon to 25, buying the G1, genes, stones etc. You may not recoup everything, but you should come close.

Hire an auctioneer if you don't want/can't do it yourself (you can find auctioneers in the 'items for sale' forum)

Thanks for your help! I was thinking an auction would be the way to go, and I'll keep all of this in mind as I proceed once I get those last three (painful) levels on my new coli derg and get ready to sell this guy. It's very reassuring to know that I likely won't have much trouble finding someone to take him and that he's probably still worth something.
