Edit: Do the popularity of this service, I've begun to write for the ones I've felt incredibly inspired for. You can post as you wish, but I might not either A) write for your dragon or B) not write them in order. I apologize if this seems unfair or whatnot to you. But, I'm a very busy person between work and whatnot. I want to do these to unwind and relax not to add more stress to myself. Thank you.
I'm in the mood to write, but I have no motivation to write lore for my own dragons. Therefore, I want to write for your dragons. So, I want to write short stories or flash fiction as lore for your dragons. I'm doing this for free, so expect delays in completion. I have work and other real life things to take care of as well.
Please, limit yourself to two dragons a post. I might not even choose to do both dragons. I might do only one of them. The point being is that if I had written lore for you for that specific post, you may post again. Tips are appreciated but not required as well.
I'm also subscribed. No need to ping. Send a link to the dragon as well as some tidbits about them.

Not much in mind for her, though; I had an idea she hatched while in the ocean, and thus her eyes, but as far as personality or anything, I have no idea. Go nuts~

She's a flirt, but flirts like men do. Often is mistaken for a male as her voice is quite low. Hopeless romanticus who brags a bit too much about beauty

I currently don't have much about her, but her name means “good glory” and I've imagined her as an angel of some sort
Her personality is also open whoop

Sorry for the wait! I was making brunch. Then, I wrote nearly 1k words (2 pages). As a note, you can make minor changes to the work; however, if you want major revisions, let me know what you want, and I will change them. Thanks for allowing me to have creative freedom with Depths. I wrote sort of a
beginning for her.
Quote:
The first memory Depths had of her short life was barely surviving the ocean currents as her snout broke through the ever churning tide to breathe the air. She remembered tumbling through the waters trying to make her way to the mass of land her small eyes had spotted. The Ridgeback managed crawl onto the white sand beach before falling unconscious from exhaustion. Her second memory was being woken by the noises of giant fighting turtles. The Ridgeback didn’t know what to make of them as they got too close, and one had almost fallen on her. It was through her crying voice and tears she had learned of the gift that was given to her. Rain clouds formed as rain started to pelt the beach. The waves of the ocean turned and tumbled before crashing well up on the beach causing the turtles to tumble and flail into the water as it pulled them into the ocean. (Though, they could swim. Depths didn’t have to worry about them as they pulled themselves onto the beach calm from the shock.)
Blue eyes opened as Depths woke from her memories. Far gone was the small Ridgeback that had washed upon the shore a few short weeks ago. The teenage, almost fully grown, dragon shook her head free of the sand that had accumulated around her scales while she slept. Despite her traumatic experience after hatching, Depths was drawn to the water. She never ventured into it. She was afraid of what would happen if she would venture into the ocean. She stared at the sparking blue liquid as she used a paw to wipe her eyes. They never stopped watering. It was a strange feeling to her. Her head snapped to the side as she heard a hollowed call of a beast. She stared at the ash colored bi-horned whale. It had beached. It’s tail flicked in stress and panic. She walked over to it. It’s head moved to use the horns as a weapon to deter her from coming closer to it.
“Don’t be afraid,” she said with a soft tone. “I wish to help to get you back into the ocean.”
It seemed the creature understood her as it stopped flailing to try and hit her with one of it’s horns. Depths smiled at the whale before going to try and move it. Despite being a dragon, she found that whales were one of the biggest creatures on this planet. It seemed to be too heavy to move without help. She made a noise of distress as she looked around the beach. The white sand beach was secluded. She rarely passed by dragons who had managed to venture here. She stared at the whale as it gave her a sad, pitiful look. Depths made up her mind. She took a deep breath before wading into the water. She stopped when it came up to her belly. The current was strong, but it seemed to flow around her. The Ridgeback’s eyes glowed a dark blue as the water that never stopped flowing from her eyes sparkled with a kind of magic that crackled through the water in the ocean. She watched as the tide raised to swallow the bottom of the whale. The whale wiggled before it splashed into the water. The motion knocked Depths over, and she found herself panicking as the water washed over her head. The memories flashed in her mind as she closed her eyes. A gentle nudge had her open them. She was on the beach.
“Huh,” she sputtered before turning to see what had happened. “Oh.”
The ash colored bi-horned whale trilled as it swam in circles before diving beneath the waves. It’s tail flickered as if saying goodbye before it disappeared completely beneath the water. Depths smiled. She was happy it was going to be okay. The Ridgeback stared at the path that seemed to disappear into a forest. She found it had been the entrance and exit to the beach. It had been well hidden until she got rid of all the weeds. She had never been brave enough to venture further inside. The whale had given her a new hope. She had conquered her fears (a bit) of the ocean to help the whale. She could conquer her fear of the unknown. Depths stood shaking before heading to the path. She stopped at the entrance of the forest. She jumped as something echoed.
“Who, who,” she heard.
“I don’t know,” she muttered. “But, I suppose I can’t stay here forever.”
She glanced at the ocean. “I can always come back as well.”
With her new resolve, the Ridgeback stepped into the forest before disappearing into its thickness. Depths didn’t know what she would find within the forest. She wondered if she would find other dragons like herself. She didn’t know her family nor how she ended up in the ocean. Though, she supposed some company would be kind of nice. Depths walked farther into the dense forest as the light became less known. She didn’t notice the sparkles and swirls that glowed on her scales as she continued though the woodland creatures stopped to watch as she walked past.
