She donned on her head a large hat, matching in colour to the exuberant dress cascading down to the floor. With every passerby her eyes wandered in fascination, and her excitement bubbled in tittering laughter. “The unique chance to be as creative as one enjoys! I plan on entering the masquerade competition, myself! I simply cannot let such a fun opportunity slip by!” The swell of attendance filtered in weaves of race-watchers; some donned extravagant silks, others modelled after the racers themselves in a show of support. Many found themselves entering the masquerade’s tent, curious to try their chances, wanting to show off their inventive outfits. The mood sat bright, the sun shone and the dragon in the dress bid herself a squeaking farewell, all too content to rush off to the next visitor.[/center]

As they zip into the pit stops they move to their designated areas which are colour coordinated for easy recognition! Black/Red for Lillian, Blue/Green for Mitzi and Red/Gold for Alietum. Adoring fans mill around, dressed in the various colour combos to show their support for the flyers. A collective gasp fills the air as the rest timer ends and the racers are allowed to take off once more, 3 blurs darting out and away. Which flyer does your clan support this push? As such there are a number of excited familiars making their way around with their dragon friends, some bouncing ahead excitedly, some eagerly perched on shoulders, wings, heads. A fair number of familiar/dragon pairings making the rounds look curiously like one another. It's actually quite cute! Don't you think? Show off your dragons that look like their familiars!
