Dragon Share

Hello! Since Brightshine bestowed upon me the wonderful accent Lightlock, I've been having trouble deciding which tert gene I should give my G1 Starbreaker. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=51623412] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/516235/51623412_350.png[/img] [/url] She originally was going to be a Noct with tapir/con/smoke, but this skin is too beautiful on her to pass up, so now I need to decide on her remaining genes. I discovered that basic works best as a secondary with this accent, but I can't decide which tert gene-- smoke or circuit-- looks best. Thoughts? Votes? Alternatives to smoke/circuit? Circuit works well with the skin

Runes or Firefly would be lovely. Ghost would be cool too! And of course, Filigree would be alright, but expensive, and it touches the wing. However, Circuit is my favorite, because it really imitates the runic circle of the accent.

I wasn't as big of a fan of runes when I tried it, but I don't think I tried Firefly yet. I'll give that a go. Filigree was nice, but it was only really visible on her face (which, while pretty, made me want to see her tert color expressed a little more). I like circuit for that reason too, though the one thing I don't like is that big bold line through the top of the runic circle. I like how Smoke has the line through her horns, though.

And now I'm playing a game of "but I like this on this one.... oh wait, but I like this on this one..." with myself lol.

Edit: Just tried Firefly. It's pretty, but doesn't stand out as much as I'd like.

I hope you find something perfect!!! Who knows, maybe a new tert will come out that's just right for her. Or maybe you should go with a belly tert like glimmer.

I like how Circuit looks!

Circuit does look nice just feels too busy compared to smoke imo? So I'm gonna a weirdo and say smoke

A lot of people seem to like Circuit, and it's definitely making me consider it, but I have the same reservations as @SpaceCrows. I do enjoy how circuit mimics the runic circle and whatnot, but it's also a little more busy.
