yes. gives the head more...definition. hard to see it otherwise

I think it depends on whether you want her to look like a creature of nature itself (rags) or a dragon clad in it (no rags.)
But I do like letting her colors shine through a bit

She looks amazing and yeah, go with the rags. Makes her head easier to see, matches colorwise and emphasizes nature isn't just about growth death is part of the cycle too
