I haven't written my lore for them yet. But they're nonbinary and disabled, the same way I am. Their struggles with their health are based off of my own, and their personality is loosely based off of mine. I wanted to write a dragon who was nonbinary but also struggled with their physical and mental health in the same manner as I do. Bryn is a sufferer of various illnesses and gender-variant themself. I intend to explore the intersection between chronic mental and physical illness, gender, being a dragon, and Sornieth lore.
Basically, I wanted a disabled nonbinary dragon to represent me because I am a disabled nonbinary person. So I chose my favorite color (obsidian) and my favorite breed (gaoler) and decided to write my lore around them and their mate. Bryn is that avatar dragon, that virtual representation of all my strife, and I'm going to enjoy writing about them.

as to why, i thought her colors and vibe were totally my thing! which they kind of still are, but i'm a more quiet yet confident kind of bombastic these days compared to *OWO I LOVE RAINBOWS and I'm SUPER enerGETIC and upbeat!![/center]
