She reminds me of Beetlejuice~ I like her without her clothes, she looking like some kind of spooky circus, perfect for gooey shadow primal!

Yeah honestly she’s great! I too was gonna say slime/sludge/smirch would look really good on her for a good goopy look. Metallic primary also looks good imo. Lace and glimmer look nice for terts as well. Opal would be good if’n you wanna go toxic.
