The rules?
1. Ping the last person who posted their dragon.
2. In that post, also post another Pearlcatcher you're ready to give away.
3. Send the CR to the person you pinged for the dragon they posted.
4. ???
5. Profit!

@Vauvenal - Hope you don't mind, but I'm going to start this up again using the usual "Give X, Get X" rules...ping the person in front, send them a CR and wait to receive the same from the person below. :)
