This is also a lore based project, where the further you get from the starting pair, the less magic one will find imbued in the hatchlings. Therefore other, stronger magic must be introduced using other dragon breeds whose magic may influence the family in various ways. The innate abilities of the family include word, bone and blood magic, as well as stargazing and future predictions. There is also a bit of unknown magic from space - the mystery of how existence began included. Each hatchling has their own personality, their own abilities. This makes the family incredibly special and incredibly mysterious. It is not often that they share their magic and secrets, but it is passed down in the family. Each hatchling has their own secret to be discovered. IE: Lasgalen, Galanta, Anduin & Aduial are generation 0. Their children would be generation 1. Their grandchildren would be generation 2 and so on. - Crosses are allowed, with few exceptions: [b]Starwalker/Celestial Runner and Roaming Riot/Celestial Runners will NOT be allowed.[/b] Accepted crosses: Celestial Warriors - Night Warrior/Celestial Runner hatchlings Celestial Guards - Dawnguard/Celestial Runner hatchlings. Nightingale Runners - Nightingale/Celestial Runner hatchlings Lunar Eclipse - Night Warrior/Dawnguard/Celestial Runner hatchlings. Celestial Breezes - Ocean Breezes/Celestial Runner hatchlings [b]Crosses MUST follow Celestial Runner requirements to be registered, regardless of the other project's requirements. This applies to both the Night Warriors and the Celestial Runner projects! - No inbreeding, even if they are far enough removed from one another for the breeding system to permit it. The idea is to introduce new blood in. Inbreeding leads to unclear generation numbers and no new breeds, genes or colors. We want to expand the family. - Celestial Runners are generally purple-blue range though eventually other colored galaxies and celestial bodies may be found. - Once a dragon reaches Level 20, they will be eligible to be placed on the project's page. Their hatchlings will also become eligible to be posted on this page. - Only one parent needs to be a Celestial Runner in order to qualify. That parent must be at least level 20 and related to one of the four founding dragons. - [size=4][b]Hatchlings will be listed for FREE adoption.[/b][/size] If anyone is caught charging for their hatchlings, they will be banned from participating in any contests and may be banned from the project entirely. HOWEVER, donations to the parents clans are welcomed and interactions between players are encouraged! - [b][size=4]Please do not ping for the same dragons every day. Please wait at least a week between listings for your dragons. Constant pings are an irritation for everyone who receives them, so let's try to be courteous! - Please do not quote your previous post when reposting hatchlings for adoption! This is in case a person has requested to be taken off the pinglist and are therefore re-pinged when you quote your post with the previous pinglist. Always create an entirely new post for your hatchlings when relisting them after at least a week has gone by! He wanted to be free and live life as he wanted to. However, a bare glimpse of a female Skydancer had his heart racing. When he truly met her, that was when he knew his destiny had changed. Galanta became the center of his world. His "little universe." Together they form an unstoppable pair focused on raising intelligent, fun and beautiful hatchlings. For the entire first part of his existence, he was a comet, destined to pass by Sornieth and leave it's beauty behind. This saddened him to no end, and - in a fit of grief and overwhelming sadness - he decided to end himself by crashing into the world. However, with Galanta's foresight and warning, Anduin cast magic that was strong enough to change him from a comet destined to destroy the world into a glorious and beautiful Imperial. When Aduial saw her, he knew that the beauty he saw from his travels was her - a beautiful, lone Skydancer shining as bright as a star. Did I tell you how I caught all the monsters lurking in the treasure room?” He asked, cheerfully. A bunch of the hatchlings gasped audibly at this. “No! Are you sure they are all gone? There were so many of them!” A hatchling that had been chewing on his tail stopped, and clumsily ran to sit in front of Apogee’s face. The others murmured similar questions, all moving to sit in a line before him. He sat up, quietly counting all the visible hatchlings to make sure they were all there. He would just have to hope that all the ghostly noodles were there as well. He could sense them, but with four of them, it got really difficult to place them all. “So, you cannot really fight them. They are too sneaky for that. You can’t chase them away because they are harder to see then Ghost dragons!” He flicked his antennae towards where he knew at least two of the Ghost dragons were lurking. You have to catch them!” The biggest of the hatchlings rapidly hit his hands against the floor excitedly. His tangible siblings started to do the same. The ghosts seemed to be rattling things around in the room in a similar gesture. “How do we catch scary monsters big brother Apogee?” A few of them asked, speaking on top of each other. “I’ll tell you the secret to it! So, scary monsters have a weakness.” He leaned his head close to all the hatchlings. “They –love- toys.” “What!” “No way!” “You’re making that up!” “Of course they love toys! Who doesn’t?” Apogee scoffed, dismissing the hatchling’s disbelief with a wave of his hand. They were enraptured once again. “So, you set up boxes with a toy under them, and hold them up with sticks! The monsters will go in and try to take the toys, but when they do, they knock over the stick and get stuck in the box!” “But couldn’t the monsters break out of the boxes? I mean, I can break out of a box!” One of the hatchlings asked, to which he chuckled. “Monsters spend all their time being scary, so they don’t have time to get strong! They cannot break out of boxes! I brought one to prove it!” Apogee explained, as he stood up. “Wait here a moment!” Apogee danced away from the hatchlings, leaving them in awe to sit and whisper amongst each other. Quickly, the skydancer darted around a corner and grabbed a box he had left outside the room. “Now?” A voice whispered inside the box. “No, I’ll shake the box a little and then you can make super scary sounds.” Apogee whispered back. “Are you sure this won’t just scare them forever?” It asked back. “I’m sure! It’ll make them more fearless about things that they shouldn’t be scared of. Trust me, Lelantos!” Apogee reassured the small Fae who had agreed to be his scary monster. “Ok.” Apogee picked up the box, and carefully walked it back to the waiting hatchlings. They were all on their tip-toes in suspense at this point. “This was the last monster! It was the trickiest one to catch. The last one is always the hardest, because it’s the smartest! That’s how you know you got them all.” He explained, setting the box down in front of him. “Is it really in there?” The biggest hatchling asked, inching forward. He very clearly wanted to poke the box. “Yep! I’ll show you!” Apogee put his hands on the box, and shook it a little. What was likely the most upsetting and terrifying sound a Fae could make came from inside the box. There was also some scrambling and scraping of the smartest scariest monster clawing a little bit at the box. One of the hatchlings shrieked, and hid behind another, but the boldest one stepped forward and poked the box. The monster sounded like it was lashing its tail against the bottom of the box. “Wow! You really did catch all the monsters!” The bold hatchling clapped its clawed hands together. “That’s right! Now you can go play in the treasure room without fear!” Apogee grinned, subtly sliding the box out of reach of the hatchlings. “Go on ahead of me! I’ll join you after I deal with this scary monster!” “What are you going to do with it?” A smaller hatchling asked, pushing at Apogee’s leg. “I’m going to fly it far away from the lair and let it go! I hear there is a lair down the way that needs some monsters to scare their hatchlings into going to bed on time.” He laughed. The hatchlings laughed with him. "Go, have fun! I'll be there soon!" Many of the older dragons perished in their duty to protect the younger generations. Yiyang had finished off the attackers at the entrance to the nest before he realised that a dragon had reached the eggs and was about to destroy them. He despaired, knowing that he was too far away to get to the eggs in time. His twin and their mate seemed to reach the same conclusion from where they were across the entrance. He had closed his eyes expecting to hear the dreaded cracking sound. To his surprise, the blow never landed. A bright purple light hurtled down to knock the enemy away from the nest, eliminating the threat. It was a Skydancer who had bright blue flashes of light sparking off him. He glowed blue in the dark of the night, attracting all attention to him. After the enemies were driven off, their saviour introduced himself as a Celestial Warrior who was exploring the lands of Sornieth. Rigel cast a glance around the destroyed clearing. Then, he turned back to Yiyang, saying, “I’m a Healer. I can help you with the injured dragons.” ---- As the Lines had to deal with their dead and the injured were more or less out of danger of dying, they left Sidhara, one of their healers-in-training to bring him around their lodgings. As they talked, Rigel got to know of how the Coven worked and Sidhara learnt more about the Celestial Runners. Slowly, Rigel opened up and shared more about his travels around Sornieth. “I met this pair of amazing warriors when I was in Nature.” Rigel said, looking to the sky with a nostalgic look on his face. “They were my mentors. I learnt a lot about fighting from them. If they were here with me, I’m sure they would have no trouble dealing with the enemies.” Sidhara looked at him quizzically. “Didn’t you tell me that you were a healer?” Rigel laughed. “If I had a different mentor, I’m sure I would have become a warrior. Starr herself has struck a blow, but it was a pitiful sight, once you compared it to Shadowstalker and Moonstrike, considering her +CRIT was not even half of what their normal attacks would do.
