You can troll around the AH but there's never a solid guarantee you'll find what you want unless you ask the forums at the same time. Since you're kickstarting right now, I"m sure people will be more than happy to help you out. Poke around the guides while you're at it, make sure you read up on the dos and don'ts because running a hatchery alone or with others is a struggle no matter what.
There are even users in the forums who can do your art and codes for you. Be sure to check through as many threads as you can before settling on someone with the skills and style you want, not to mention a reasonable price range. This kind of undertaking can be very expensive if you're not careful.
I don't have anyone who matches your derg but I"m sure you'll find something. Good luck!

mayrosie besides forums, theres also dragon search to see if an active dragon exsists. I looked up for you those colors to see, which your dragon only has 2 others with same color combo, but theyre both girls. which means if you want a boy with those colors and genes, your going to have to go on a huge breeding expedition to find parents not related to your dragon that can possibly produce those colors, then either get the dragons to have the genes or regene the bab yourself

@MayRosie Ryuu is right: there's no right or wrong way to go about finding the dragons you need for unique bloodlines and children for your hatchery. It's just a matter of finding out if they even exist with the right colors/genes and the correct gender. I once had to get three dragons instead of two because one of the females I got was in fact the male's cousin.
The system's set up alright to keep too many cousins from kissing and whatnot but the search for any number of dragons with the color/gene combos you're seeking can be stressful if you let it.
I'm glad to hear that! Mine were done by the wonderful Kiaora (hopefully they're still using that name) so maybe ask if they'd be willing to help out. I finally got a new tower in the fall and I keep all of my codes in Notepad. This helps with the initial build or rebuild of your thread if you don't mind tweaking your own banner so the auto-direct function still works for anyone who clicks on it.

Under the Library section, select "search" then on that page select "dragon search" at the top! and tada! you get there :) Then you select gender, colors, and whatnot then search and you'll get results!
