Chauncey. Membership is fiercely competitive and the vetting process for members has universally been described as arduous. Only men are allowed to join-- there are plenty of places where women and nonbinary dragons are welcome, but
The Red Chance is not one of them. When Chauncey starts talking about what goes on behind closed doors, many men politely walk away; membership is not for everyone, after all, and there is no shame in bowing out gracefully. Spill a secret, or spill who you saw there, and your life is forfeit. Bloodily, messily,
slowly forfeit.
Still, the place isn't without its benefits. The right discerning gentleman can advance his social standing by leaps and bounds talking to the right people. Fortunes are made and lost within
The Red Chance. An old boys' club with modern sensibilities doesn't appeal to everyone... but for the right price, you can cut a deal for almost anything.

Help Wanted:
Pit Boss: The ideal candidate will be an Imperial or Ridgeback in dark colors. Levels a bonus but not necessary. Dragons with mafia connection lore in their family will be given priority.
Dungeonmaster: The ideal candidate will be one of the large breeds (Imperial, Ridgeback, or Guardian) in blacks and reds OR blacks and greens. Matching eyes a bonus.
Dancer: Only considering Pearlcatchers in pink and purple ranges with 3 gem genes. Matching eyes (preferably Shadow) are strongly preferred. Multigaze a bonus.
Chef: The ideal candidate will be an omnivore (Imperial or Guardian) who is a double or triple.
Server: The ideal candidate will be a coatl in dark colors with a bright secondary.
Do not show me:
Tiger
Hypnotic
Basic genes
Light or Plague Primals
Anything exorbitantly expensive
Anything ugly/ "unique"
