Below you is a misty, liquid surface. [i]Where am I? What am I?[/i] Blinking sleepily, you look around and spot eleven other beings. They seem equally confused--some pinching themselves as if checking if it was a dream, some experimenting with their new form. There seems to be a distant hum coming from somewhere. Turning your head around, you spot a circle of runes. A winged being sits in the middle of the circle. They turn their head to you and wave, beckoning you to join them. “Hello, little one. I am Storm, the creator of this universe. I know you have many questions to ask. Feel free to do so...” [i]“What is this place? What am I? What are tho-”[/i] “One question at a time, my dear. You are a wisp living in this universe. Universes are bubbles of reality that can be created by beings like me. They are formed according to the creator’s imagination, so every universe is different. Bringing a universe into existence is no easy thing. The details are too complicated for a normal wisp to understand, but in short, these runes played a huge part in this. Their power is mainly depleted when the universe was created, but they are still capable of giving out small amounts of Qi for wisps like you..” “Qi?” “It is a form of energy that is needed to sustain the form of wisps. Apart from that, it gives the wisp some sort of power, depending on which rune it is. However, it depletes in one day, so you’d need to replenish your Qi by touching another rune every day.” You nod blankly, half-understanding their words. They smile and turn to where the eleven other wisps are. “Oh, all of you are awake. Let us begin.” She beckons the others here, and not long after that, the twelve of you are standing before the circle of runes. You close your eyes, feeling the hum emanating from the runes. Your heart seems to thrum along with one of them. Letting your heart guide you, you find the rune. You close your eyes as you place your hand on it. [b]Welcome to the game.[/b]

Hello guys! This is Storm, impulsively hosting a mafia game just because she wanted to.
I'd like to test out a mechanic in this game~ Instead of assigning roles at the beginning of the game, rolecards only consist of an alignment.

Where are the roles, then? All the players will touch a rune (pick a number), which grants that player an ability from my pool of roles, according to their number :) You choose a new rune every day, and the order of numbers will change every day, so picking the same number would not result in the same role.

Otherwise this is pretty much like a normal mafia game, haha <3

I also apologize for my horrible writing style and art haha.

2. Be courteous to each other! This is a mafia game and there will be accusations, but do not offend the player personally. If anyone feels offended (even if it's by me!), do not hesitate to PM me on FR or Discord.
3. Don't copy and paste/ screenshot anything the mod tells you privately. This includes rolecards and anything the mod tells you in your QT.
4. I've put a lot of effort into putting this game together! Please respect me and your fellow players, and don't gamethrow (go against your wincon).
5. You are required to post at least three times per day cycle (day/night). Storm is not a cruel, heartless monster though, so I'll make exceptions to this if needed.
6. Mod is not lynchable. Sorry guys <3
7. I'll add more rules as I see fit later. Respect the spirit of the rules and don't try to find loopholes through them.

Important Notes:
1. This game will run on a 48/24 cycle, with lockdown happening after rollover.
2. The player with the most votes is lynched. In case of a tie, RNG will decide who dies.
3. This game is non-rp, meaning that roleplaying is not encouraged.
4. There will be no flavor hints, so there is no need to sift through my horrible writing for clues.
5. I'll ask for rune number picks during the day, which are to be submitted in the lynch thread. No numbers can be repeated. If you don't pick a number then you will be vanilla for the night.
6. Lynch votes and rune number picks are to be submitted before EoTD. Night actions are to be submitted before EoTN.
