You will play 4 levels together and defeat a bunch of monsters until you reach the final boss. As you continue beating the levels, your character will level up! You start off at level one. You will go through 3 monster battles per level, with 3 monsters in each battle. They will have one attack turn each, like the player. The boss will have 5 attack turns, and the amount of damage that is done is usually set between a certain amount. The higher the area, the higher the attack.. We will tell you how much EXP you will earn and how much damage the boss will do. After the mob/boss has had it's turn, each player has a single turn. Once you complete the game by killing the final boss, you reset! You will be given a special achievement for completing the game ^^ (PS. Rules

1. Be KIND to yourself and others.

2. Once you finish the game, please wait for the next party to finish, then you can go again.

3. You start off as level 1.

4. You will be narrated by sedatetoucan and I.

5. Have a fun attitude!

6. While the next level is being set up, feel free to chat with your party!

7. Team name details in sedatetoucan's posts.

8. Please alert us if you can't play for one round or more. If that is the case, we will control your character to keep the fight the same.

9. Respond as quick as you can.

10. When both of us are offline, chat and strategize among one and other! (I already kinda mentioned this)

How to Play

Like I said in the prev post... You are a team of 10 players. You go through 4 areas. In each area, there are three monster battles (with 3 monsters in each battle) and one boss. Once all 4 areas have been completed, you win the game and it resets. Your time taken to beat the game will be recorded.

If you die, no worries, we just respawn you after 2 turns, either boss' or players.

Classes
Dragons are divided into 4 general classes. Each one has a different kit to suit how you want to play.

General classes
The general classes are:

Fighter
These dragons are brute force, attacking with the power of a storm. They deal tons of damage, but have low defence and will go down easily. If you are a support class, remember to back your Fighter up.
Starting stats
Health: 250
Attack: 275
Defence: 150
Speed: 200
Agility: 175
Magic: 50

Spellcaster
These dragons are rather well rounded and are recommended for people who don't want to be too restricted. Spellcasters can support the team with buffs and healing, but can also have a decent damage output.
Starting stats
Health: 250
Attack: 225
Defence: 200
Speed: 175
Agility: 150
Magic: 250

Defender
These dragons are guardians, protecting the team. They have high defence and health, but don't deal much damage. They take damage for the team and block incoming damage, giving the attackers of the team a chance to fight.
Starting stats
Health: 275
Attack: 200
Defence: 300
Speed: 150
Agility: 125
Magic: 50

Shielding range: 2
The number for shielding range indicates the number of teammates you can protect. A Shieldbearer has 3 and a Striker has 1.
There is a maximum of 2 Defenders per team.

Supporter
These dragons are pretty self-explanatory. They heal the team and keep them alive. They can also provide buffs. They can deal damage if necessary, but it's really a last resort.
Starting stats
Health: 250
Attack: 125
Defence: 250
Speed: 175
Agility: 150
Magic: 175

Speed increases chance to critical hit and agility increases chance to dodge attacks. Whether or not you critical or dodge will be determined by a random number generator.

When a dragon has reached Level 3, it will be given a choice to specialise in a more specific branch of their class. These have slight modifications from the general class they branch off from.

Fighter specialised classes:
Soldier - Increased agility, as well as the ability to heal slightly. Lowered attack from base class.
Knight - Increased defence, lowered attack. More HP.
Lancer - Increased speed and damage. Lower HP.

Spellcaster specialised classes:
Conjurer - increased damage, lowered healing. Lower HP.
Mage - increased healing, lowered damage. Higher HP.
Witch - more specialised spells and buffs

Defender specialised classes:
Shieldbearer - increased defence, wider shielding range
Striker - increased attack, narrower shielding range
Frontline - increased health and defence

Supporter specialised classes:
Healer - more direct healing; one teammate at a time
Carrier - more general healing; AoE 4 players at a time
Synergon - drops healing entirely and instead focuses on buffs

If you do not want to specialise just yet, you can choose to postpone it. You will always have a chance to choose.

Elemental alignment
When a dragon reaches Level 7, it will have a chance to align to an element. The title will also change. For example, an Earth-aligned Fighter is called a Stonechurner.
You do not have to choose a specialized class to align to an element. They can be done in either order if you have reached the required levels.
Because of the sheer number of classes and alignments, I won’t be listing them all here. Once you align you will be given a title.
When you align, you will be allowed to use elemental moves, as well as the standard neutral moves.
The elements are the same as the Flights in FR, and so are the elemental weaknesses.

When you begin your round, we’ll send you the possible moves and what they do.

Battle in-depth
This is a detailed explanation of how battling will work. Please read it all as it is important you understand.
First off, health bars are represented like this:
HP \==========\ 250/250
Each equals sign represents 25 HP.
Depleted health bars look like this
HP \========\- -| 200/250
Each dash represents 25 HP lost.
When displaying health numbers that aren’t in perfect intervals of 25, round it to the nearest 25, but show the exact number in the count.
HP \========\- -| 210/250
At the beginning and end of each round we’ll send these all through.
So, for example:
Shida: HP \==========\ 250/250
The dragons will be listed in team order.
(This is experimental, if it isn’t working to have health bars, we’ll remove them.)

Now, combat.
Before a round starts, Defenders will get to choose who they want to protect for that round. People who are protected will take significantly less damage but will deal slightly less damage in return.
If applicable, Carriers will also get to choose who they want to heal for that round. Maximum 4 people.
Who goes first is decided by the Speed value. You won’t know which of the enemies will go, so to be fair, don’t attack until we say you can.
Enemies can have a variety of moves. They will get one action per turn. Most attacks are single targets, but some will have AoE moves. Some might even have healing or buffs. Bosses get to attack 5 times per turn. We’ll also tell you a quick description of the monster.
Who the enemies attack is determined by a random number generator, to be fair and avoid bias.
Once the enemies have done their thing, it in then your turn!
You get one move per turn, so either an attack, a buff or a heal. Carrier classes are lucky, as they can heal passively, so they can either attack or amplify their healing power.
You choose which enemy you want to attack and the damage is dealt in the order they are submitted, since we have to go through the posts and note down what had been executed.
Once that has been done, we repeat.
Enemies’ turn, player’s turn.
At the beginning and end of every round, we’ll send the stats through. This is also when Carriers’ healing will be applied.

When your dragons level up, your Attack, Defence, Speed and Agility will increase. Every 3 levels, your Health and Magic will increase by 25. The Magic regen rate will also increase.

As a quick note, since I forgot to mention this earlier, there are several status ailments that can be applied:
Bleed: dragon loses HP every round
Burn: same as Bleed but with added slowness
Stun: dragon cannot do anything for a couple rounds
Disorient: the dragon has a higher chance of missing their target and a lower chance of dodging
Poison: a combination of bleed and disorient
Suffocation: a combination of bleed and stun

As was mentioned earlier, your dragon will be respawned after two rounds, but without full HP.

And I think that’s it! If you have any questions, be sure to ask! It’s all very complicated, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the end.
