Modeled after the Choose Your Own Adventure books, you get to choose your path through the story via thread links in each post. This is a light-hearted (and winter-themed) take on the key landmarks of Alice's original adventure. Once you reach an ending, you can post in the thread a picture of your dragon that took the tour and let us know which route you took! Raffle event is open from July 8 through 14, 2018 (FR time) to coincide with Ice's July Icemas conquest push. Then, in even smaller letters, "a division of The Blanket Fort of Ends ™." And, barely visible, in the smallest letters of all, "a subsidiary of the Icewarden Corporation." You raise an eyebrow, but are quickly distracted by one of the brochures on a small table nearby. It's an exact copy of the one a courier dragon delivered to you and the reason you are here. A colorful picture of a top hat and a sparkly bottle adorn the cover. In the background, snowflakes are falling. A Skydancer appears out of nowhere. Surely that was just a trick - there must have been a door you didn't notice. "First things first - I just need you to fill out this form before we go anywhere. There's also a scarf and some other items you may need. It can be cold and warm there so you need to dress warmly and lightly." "Down the rabbit hole? Excellent choice!" says Alice. "Ok then, this is very important. It's a bit of a fall. Not really a controlled fall - just a fall. It seems like it takes quite a bit of time, but it doesn't. Alright then, here we go - wait, wait. I forgot. Best to make sure you understand this now: DO NOT EAT ANYTHING. Repeat after me: DO NOT EAT ANYTHING. If - and only if - I say you can eat something, then you can try it. But the consequences can be pretty problematic if you don't know what you're doing. Oh! The same goes for drinking." She narrows her eyes at you. "That isn't going to be a problem, is it? Now, come along, we need to head to the rabbit hole." Alice takes you outside and around back, then on a short hike to a locked gate and fenced in area. She produces a little golden key from her pack and lets the two of you into the enclosure. There's a giant, dark crevasse in the ice sheet. The Skydancer smiles at you, says, "This adventure is about the journey, not the destination!" and then jumps into the hole. You don't have much choice but to follow her. "Brave soul!" says Alice. "Very well. Our destination is through the Looking Glass. It's still a part of Winterland, but the creatures there have been known to be quite dangerous. The Icewarden generally keeps them locked away for their own good, but we still do warn dragons going on tour there to keep their eyes open."

She pulls out more paperwork. "You can attend a security briefing to receive more information or proceed straight to the room housing all the mirror portals. If you choose to waive the briefing, you need to sign this additional paperwork acknowledging the risks."

"Some of the doors have to stay locked," says Alice, "due to what's behind them. But you are free to explore any of the open ones. That one behind the low curtain leads to a very beautiful garden. You can take a look - if you want to go there, we have a dragon-size door that will accommodate your current size a bit better." Curious, you peer through the small doorway leading to the garden. The frosty flowers and frozen fountains create the loveliest winter garden you've ever seen, at least the tiny portion of it that you can view from here. "Excellent - this way." Alice leads you past all the little doors and the table. You notice a little bottle on the table, but there isn't time to examine it more closely. Patches of the floor are a bit slippery, where ice had formed. "Oh, do be careful," says Alice, as she notices you about to lose your footing. "The Pool of Tears mostly dried up, but some of the little puddles froze instead." You nod, although you are perplexed. It's far too warm in here for ice not to melt. Isn't it? You don't have much time to think about it, though, as it's a fairly short walk for a full-sized dragon back to the area that had formerly been a shore but now was just another part of the hall. A small sign labels the area as "Caucus-race." There's also a sign beside it with a picture of camera - must be a potential photo stop on the tour. "Ah yes, a Caucus-race, just what we need to dry off," says Alice. You aren't wet, but it doesn't seem like a good idea to argue so early in the journey. Just then, some animals pop out, almost as if they've been waiting for you and Alice. Alice has been talking, but you missed the beginning of whatever she had to say due to the distraction: "-- so, will it be a race or do you just want to move on and meet some of the residents of Winterland?"
