Hi and welcome to episode 2 of Swagolor Steals From PFQ

So basically you must badly describe your favorite pokemon (or one of them), and the next person must guess what it is then describe their Pokemon

Example:
Person 1: singing Kirby clone
Person 2: Jigglypuff?
baby bone marsupial
Person 3: cubone
Satan dog edition

You get the point. I shall begin:
Florida zappy orb finds appliances, controls them and wreaks havoc
