(I actually find male pregnancy to be amusing and fascinating. It always peaks my curiosity at "How will the (pregnant) guy react to it and how will he give birth" when I read them in any story. I remember this one story that two wives secretly put a magical seed, that causes pregnancy no matter what gender you are, into their husband's tea. The poor guy was embarrassed and distressed over it, but served him right! He was treating his two wives like servants! >( )
