One of our main focal points in selecting winners is rewarding the artist for their talent and the content of the skin itself, and not necessarily just what breed it's placed upon. While we love seeing entrants for dragon breeds that hail from the area that is being celebrated, it won't give that entrant an advantage. Our main reasoning was that: first of all, it wasn't functioning correctly, so it was already kind of a wasted reward. Secondly, it wasn't very interesting -- you could get more creative stat bonuses from general leveling, augment stones, and abilities. And lastly, it complimented a feature of [i]Flight Rising[/i] that not all of our players have the time to use. We thought it was better to sweeten the rewards for aspects of [i]Flight Rising[/i] that the majority of our players used as to encourage more of them to participate.
