does it irritate anyone else that some lairs have soooo many pretty dragons but they look to have been abandoned?? can't we just steal rescue their dragons???

does it irritate anyone else that some lairs have soooo many pretty dragons but they look to have been abandoned?? can't we just steal rescue their dragons???
It bothers me a lot. Sooooooo many pretty dragons forever lost and starving. Also finding dragons that you need for a project in abandoned lairs and they're the ONLY ones of their colors.... It makes me so sad sometimes that the users couldn't bother to log on at least once and give their dragons to people who are still playing D:

Naah, they're like museums. Sometimes I brows them for inspiration - it's more sad when people who seem really cool and nice to talk to turn out to have left before I even joined XP

I'm slightly miffed when I found them in the search and find the lairs abandonned. I really wanted to ask that user if they'd considder selling...
Other than that? No problems with 0 energy dragons. I also would never considder giving my dragons away just because I might not be able to feed them for a while. I collected them, I love them, I keep them. ;)

No, it doesn't irritate me at all because they might come back one day. We don't know their circumstances. They might be busy with school, might not have access to internet anymore, etc.
The dragons are just pixels so being starving doesn't really mean anything. Also, it would be terrible to see if someone was just on hiatus and then comes back to see all their dragons gone.

Nope, doesn't really bug me. Maybe the player will someday return~ Can be frustrating if you're looking for a color combo, but they aren't mine, so no worries in regards to just feeling sad over them.

I'd second Autumnrotten - Internet access is patchy for a lot of people and it would suck to come back and find all the beauties gone.

No, I find it pretty normal. People leave or take breaks. Although having a way to filter these out of search results would be nice. (Filtering out exalted dragons would be even better.)
If I ever stop playing FR, I definitely won't give my dragons or my stuff away - I may decide to come back after a break.
