Thanks to the Tidelord's blessing, for this one week visitors can explore every inch of the City of Whispers: riding its gondolas, dancing at its masques, and participating in its Wavecrest festivities. No, they have to earn it like every other week. But as a community, we decided that no one should contest a flight for dominance during their flight festival.
