i need an eliminate (actually 2 eventually, but just one for now)
and i have the funds to buy one?
but im also buying eggs for a mass hatch next year
so like should i just see if i can get one from the coli?? i've gotten two in my time here already but yikes i feel like it will take forever

I, too, have only gotten two, though I don't coli as aggressively as some people. I'd say, grind somewhere for a few days (somewhere that you can go through enemies
fast) , maybe a week, and if you haven't gotten one, call it quits and buy one. Hopefully you'll make some money grinding to offset the cost, or you might just get lucky!

Honestly, unless you're
really lucky, it would be easier to just buy it if you really want it. However, I've heard that people have good luck getting it to drop in Sandswept Delta; lately a lot of people have been getting it in Scorched Forest, if you want to try grinding for it.

Go ahead and buy it. the chances of any elimnate dropping is so slim it's not even worth it.

You have 2 25s (at a glance) that can both be used to grind low level venues. If you have plenty of time (and enough patience to sit doing one thing for hours) then you can easily grind the Training Fields and Woodland Path.
If not, I would recommend that you tincture at least one of your dragons for the Ruins build. That way, you can grind fodder or level other perma dragons while you hunt for the eliminate. If your second level 25 has rally, it will make life many times easier as the grinding will be practically seamless (unless elim misses, but we'll get to that later). I've had eliminate drop once for me while leveling fodder, but if you dont want to leave it to pure chance you can always grind the delta, which goes a lot faster with an eliminate.

Disagree, I think coli it for a few days like Mertisal said. I have seen 7 people including myself get Eliminates so far during NotN and I feel like the drop rates increased.

Maki's guide and check out the current average for chest per hour in each venue and compare your battle per minute speed. Are you just as fast? Slower? If so, by how much? Depending on your level and stats you could double your battle rate.
