After considering the feedback and discussing it as a team, we have decided to hold off on making any changes to Agility (AGI) for the upcoming Coliseum Technical Beta and the rewrite launch shortly thereafter. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the discussion.
We recognize that balancing stats is a process that needs to be approached in a more focused manner, and that including it in what is actually a functional rewrite of the feature brings with it some risks; risks that we feel should not overshadow the important testing we need to perform with regards to functionality, performance, and compatibility. The technical beta needs to remain focused on those goals, and could easily be overwhelmed with feedback and discussion about stats. Going forward, you should not notice differences in crit or dodge rates -- if you do, please report them, as they may be bugs.
That being said, we are still planning to address Agility (and likely other stats) in a future Coliseum milestone. We have development plans to balance certain aspects of the feature to better allow for it to scale and expand, and it makes the most sense to us to address stats alongside that.
We still plan on providing all accounts with three (3) Tinctures of Dissolution when the rewritten Coliseum launches, even though we are not going to be making changes to dragon or enemy stats as part of that release.
