i put it on whoever is strongest, or whoever i feel will be a permanent coli dragon.
the first one i got, i put it on this guy because he was (at the time) my strongest dragon who had been a perma for a long time.

I pick the dragon I'm most attached to at the moment,, like probably the ones that just got spoiled with apparel or art recently. But then again my lair is smol so there aren't that many to choose from >->

Depends on if you already have your team picked out or not! I have three dragons that will be dedicated to the Coli once I actually get them leveled up, but since that's gonna be a while, I have time to get all their eliminates xD

Yeah, I suggest giving it to your favorite. The one that is nicest to look at, whose portrait looks good in the coli, maybe one who you know would sell well if you decided to make another group your coli team later on.

I give it to this boy. I do Mire for fodder so Arcane is great element of choice plus newb me already made a choice who is on my Coli team. Im to stubborn to change it now. I just lucked up with giving it to him

I would suggest giving it to someone you know is going to be in your lair a long time, but avoid putting it on progens: if you decide you no longer like/need the dragon w/ the elim, you can always sell it.

In my case it's like once a dragon hits lvl 25 he gets an eliminate as long as there are no other plans. Out of my eight lvl 25 dragons seven got an eliminate and one is a healer. Yet... I also built up my first team as eliminates were sold for as low as 40kt and got the rest of the needed stones through random grinding before I even thought about training more dragons up to the max, so it's probably a way more serious decision to make by today's standards.
