Just wondering, what are the chances of getting an eliminate? Is there a fixed rate?

I assume there's a fixed rate for each of the enemies it can drop from, but we don't know what it is. It's pretty low, though.

I'm only aware about its low chance and being equal in every venue where it drops.

The rate is low but RNG is a fickle mistress. Going on 18 months and I haven't seen one, people have them drop in their first week, basically it's madness.

a lot ppl told me they used to drop more often because coliseum had less maps less monsters which mean smaller loot table . hencer eliminates drop more often than now .

I heard that the rate did get decreased at some point before I joined... but also, the premier spot for fest grinding used to be Arena, and now when the fest happens to best work with Arena I do see more forum posts with excitement over getting an Elim, so... that might be a good place to farm?
