Shadowbinder always gets stereotyped as basically a goopy edgelord, but they are literally dragon Santa. Night of the Nocturne is basically the dragon version of Christmas/Hannukah/whatever your particular religion calls their obligatory winter gift-giving holiday.
Now I just can't stop imagining Shadowbinder as Santa.
