so i got one of friends to join on april 10th, about a month ago.

so far he has scavenged six eggs. SIX EGGS. arcane, fire, light, ice, lightning, and shadow.

i am extremely confused after seeing so many threads boasting about how rare it is to find eggs. myself only ever having scavenged one in the like... 4 years ive been on this site (not that i scavenge much but still) ....

anyways, the question is: WHTA IS UP WITH THIS

I have no idea. My friend's brother gets so many, while I've only gotten like.. 2

When you scavenge eggs, it's RNG, and sometimes you get lucky. The reason people who just join get tons of eggs was explained as them being at a much lower Scavenging level, so there's far fewer items that they can actually get. The lower the number of potential items, the higher the odds of the egg. Your friend will probably start to see the number of eggs decrease as their level goes up.

...that or they have a lot of luck.

@ViperaUnion he just showed me his level, which is 15.... 1 level higher than mine. i think he might just be really lucky

Yep, probably luck then.

I scavenged two light eggs but my scavenging level was below 10 at the time. I really hope your friend keeps their amazing luck (maybe some will past to you)!! :D

The percentage to find one might have decreased over the years as items were added. I remember when I first joined I was finding, eggs, deity plushies, runestones, and rings like crazy.

Or maybe I just remember wrong...
