Flight Rising Discussion

About a week ago I had this grand idea in my head that involved other people's progenitors' children, so I set up a thread about it and bought quite a few.. but of course a week later I no longer want most of them and.. I'm not worried about the loss of cash, but rather, some of the people were like "oh I have been holding onto this one for a while! she's special, take care of her" or "I can breed mine just for you :)" and gosh I just. They're just gonna sit in my lair doing nothing now and I have no clue what to do agh
Sometimes I hate my mind for being so spontaneous.. Usually it's not a problem because it only affects me, but this time I feel like a real big jerk.

Anyone else have similar problems? Does anyone have any idea what I should do? :/

i feel you there. i started a subspecies a few years back that literally lasted a whole week. the same with hatcheries... at least twice. spontaneous and indecisive at the same time, thats me!

Can you give back some of the dragons the people were most attached to?

@Ooh if it's only been a week, could you contact the previous owners and see if they'd want to take them back or if they'd be okay with you exalting so soon? they might appreciate that more than just exalting without asking. (yes yes, your dragons, you can do what you want, but it doesn't hurt to give it a shot!)

Scatter scrolls... genes... new art and lore. That’s my best opinion.

Edit: I mean yes they are yours now. Idk the circumstances but if you gave people the impression that you were a rescue and you turn around and exalt their progen kids, I could see that being a little painful.

Explain to the people you got the dragons from the situation. Tell them you fell out of the idea and that they can have back the dragon if they want. If they decide that you can keep them, do what ever. Exalt them, sell them, or give them to noobies (what I would do because I wouldn't want to profit off it). Most of all, just don't stress it. This is a really chill site and I can tell you if it was me, I wouldn't give a flying heck (pardon the language). So, don't worry. Everything fine!

I mean I can't really relate as my lair is a mess, but yes, lore is generally the way to go... if you really don't want them though, I'd gladly buy them off of you. I'm always looking for projects apparently
