I felt like something was telling me to post this in light of the recent troll thread, that's now deleted. So here I am.
I've been on FR for a year now and in that time I've only met one person who left a mean comment, and they apologized to me later. Everyone is nice on here, sometimes they can be a bit blunt, or not talkative, but is that really bad? No. I love how when one troll dares set foot on the forums the people of this community laugh it off and joke about it! If someone posts a thread on their problem there will be people who will jump in to help and give advice!
The people on here are amazing. The community, the admins, the mods, all of them. The admins and mods seem don't consider themselves above us, but instead they laugh and joke along with us! They've given us a site with such lore and so much character it almost feels like a real world of it's own, that we're free to show all our creativity and weirdness on. So no matter what that troll said about you guys, your amazing staff, we couldn't ask for any better!
And how can I write something like this and not give some shoutouts to the famous people like Henry, Cakeless, After, Endra, and even the newcomer to the famous ones, MissKittypants! (I feel like I missed someone, oh no!) Those people active on the forums who I feel like everyone has seen at least once! And all of them are either so random and funny or helpful and kind they really deserve their fame on here!
So trolls and haters, be gone! This community doesn't need you mean people. It's perfect as it is, with all it's random weirdos, storytellers, and photoshoppers.
And all my fellow dragon nerds... You're awesome. Never forget that.
