I'll back you up on the Sandswept Delta thing. I, too, have gotten two or three elims from there. It's pretty great and you can also get materials for Poison and Toxin there, so even if you're having rubbish luck there's still a benefit.
Go there now before they revamp the venue to add new enemies that don't drop them

@ipikachooseu Eye scatter drops in any coil location it seems.
I’ve been super lucky at the sandswept delta too, just got three scatter in the space of about ten battles!
