Alternatewarning they're a permanent feature, they'll be popping up on new hatchlings and G1s going forward. the scatter vials will be retiring after the event, though, so we won't be able to get more.

To sum, there's been a few new genes since you were here last (Ghost finally arrived, among others), but the latest news is that new eyes just got released today. However, they're meant to be a feature that new dragons receive randomly. FR's released scatterscrolls that let us alter our existing dragons' eyes, but they're only supposed to be available for two days. They can be made at Baldwin or farmed fairly commonly in the coliseum.
