do you think I should hold onto my vials or put them on the AH now? I know some say that they may increase in price as they go into retirement but I'm exactly not sure...what do you guys think?

Depends on whether or not you want to play the long game? They'll likely raise in price eventually but it could be years until it's substantial enough a difference to justify the wait. Mostly since it's hard to say how much they'll even change in price anyway because, while they are retired permanently, the overall population of dragons with already-born-alternate eyes will only grow and the population of dragons which require a Vial of Scattersight to have uncommon+ eyes won't. I'm not sure how many people in the future will be willing to buy ten+ vials to use on the same dragon just to get super-rare eyes when it's easier, and will likely be cheaper in the future, just to buy an already special-eyed dragon in the AH. I like multi-eyes, but no matter how cool they'd look on this one particular old dragon I have, it's probably never gonna be worth coughing up millions on Vials with no guarantee. It's the same reason I don't use Scatterscrolls unless the dragon is sentimental/not replaceable with a cheaper AH dragon.
I'm holding on to mine, but I'll likely use them on my own older dragons instead of selling.
