I understand why this update has been so controversial. Just a bunch of good ideas mixed with certain bad ideas that just created a cessspool of stress and anger for a lot.
So here I’d like people to share some good things they got out of the anniversary!
New dragons, old dragons, familiars, coli drops, etc.
Just please no salt here, I want people, and staff, to see a positive thread.

So to start out, I had been brewing all anniversary and ended up with 10 of the event familiars! They’re one thing I know won’t be coming back. And I could help it, they’re so pretty!

So to start out, I had been brewing all anniversary and ended up with 10 of the event familiars! They’re one thing I know won’t be coming back. And I could help it, they’re so pretty!
I accidently got PYTHON to drop like, ten minutes before bed and I couldn't believe my eyes. xD and now I have like a dozen fams to throw in the local melting pot. :D
I also had Python drop while I was grinding, which allowed me to finish up one of my gene projects! Now I just have to play with his outfit. And I had a few familiars drop from Blooming Grove that I didn't have yet, which is nice.

I got a Morph scroll and a good bit of my coli material farming squared away!
The excitement of hatching nests is also renewed for me. Because I have no idea what I'm gonna get!
Aaaand I have a new breeding project to work on, though I do need to switch flight for it... (I'm sorry, Windy. I wanted to stay. But you just won't give me the eye horror baby I need.)
... Oh, and I became more motivated to use the forums I guess too. I have never posted here as much as I have with this update.

I'm so happy that we can have pastel eyes now, her eyes always bothered me before as they were way too dark for her colours. I'm debating trying to get the rare eyes for one of my arcane dragons with pastel pink colours too, I'm waiting to see if anything will come out to revert dragon eyes back to common first though in case it all goes horribly wrong. xD
I really loved this update, it's the most fun I've had on FR in years. I enjoyed going to all of the different venues (I usually stick to the Mire to train dragons) and admiring all of the pretty artwork again.

The two dragons in my lair who's eyes I didn't like are suddenly much, much better. Like so much better, I don;t need to cover the eyes anymore! *cheers* I've also got 14 eggs on nests that I can't wait to hatch and see if any of them get the new eyes.

I know right! The flight rising slight eyewing is sooooo graceful!!!
Plus, my beloved gen 1 boy’s green nature eyes used to stick out so disgustingly, now I scattered him and he got unusual (only) but I’m so satisfied with that since they no longer stick out as a random green blotch on his blue face! Since they’re darker!
Plus, I really love this positive thread with no salt, no harassment, no anger, no argument, no stress and no people shouting at each other’s faces!

I'm not a hardcore coli-er, but I got five familiars during the anniversary! And since I'm new and don't have a lot of lvl 25 dragons, I got a reflect to drop once. Not sure if that's rare, but that's good for me, I guess?? I also couldn't make more than two/three scatter scrolls with Baldwin because I kept getting anything but purple goo, but I've been wanting to save up yellow goo for the Brightshine Jubilee! So there's the bright side (heh heh), I got a bunch of other stuff to prepare me for the future!
