So this is random, but...a month ago I watched Ready Player One, where the setting was basically "you can physically walk around in the Internet using a personalized avatar" (only like eight people had truly unique avatars, but that was understandable). And it got me thinking.
If Flight Rising was a website that could be "physically entered" so players could interact with their dragons directly...obviously the first thing'd be that Sornieth would be an actual world to explore and the second thing'd be that all the dragons and familiars would be rendered as 3D models that could move and react, and I know that FR isn't anywhere close to that right now...but what avatar would you be able to use? The avatar we're all using now are just lair-dragons of our choice - which is fine, especially since this is not a full-immersion website - but if this was FI, would we still "be" one of the dragons we have or would we have some other kind of avatar? Speaking for me, I can see it both ways; I would love to play as one of my dragons, but I also wouldn't mind being an elf-like creature that my dragons have to answer to.
What do you guys think?

Dragons are awesome, there's no way I'd take any other form. One of the coolest things about FR is that it's all about the dragons. Being anything else would suck, and wouldn't make too much sense in the context of the universe.
I'd personally be one of the larger breeds so I can do whatever I want. Probably a Ridgeback, since they have less limitations than the other breeds. That way, I could destroy things without much consequence because no one can stop the snoot.

I'd be my avatar now, but Faes are teensy. I'd prefer a Skydancer or maybe a Wildclaw because they are cool.
