Lately, I've been thinking about exalting my progens. I like them, but I'm not attached to them and they don't fit in with the way I'm wanting to direct my lair.
With self-service restorations, I know if I exalt them I can get them back myself, but I was wondering if those of you that exalted your progens ever regret it or still think it worked out best for you?

once the restoration service came out, i exalted mine for lair space reasons. |D i still haven't gotten them back, although i would like to someday (maybe when lair tabs and whatnot come out), but i don't really regret exalting them, either. they're on vacation with Bossdad and will come on home in their own time~ the restoration service means i don't have to worry about bringing them back before some sort of deadline expires. :D

I exalted my random pro-gen and ended up regretting it, so now he's back and got a major make-over.

It helped that I also found a new niche I wanted to inhabit and my progens didn't fit into them so off they went.

I exalted both of them a long time ago, since I wasn't smart with picking the genes of my custom progen and my random progen was ugly.
I'd rather put the money into genes for other dragons. No regrets, here.

I think I will go ahead and exalt them. Maybe when lair tabs are implemented, I'll get them back, but right now they don't match with that I want.

I exalted my progens long ago, and replaced them with a bought pair that fit my lair better, and my flight as well. I was unable to find genes that I liked on my custom girl at all back at that time. It wasn't until recently that I took her into the scrying workshop and the dressing room. When I did, her genes & apparel fell together so easily that I had to bring her out of exalt. My random can, and probably will stay there permanently, unless I get desperate for a scatter project. But with so many already lined up, that's pretty unlikely. XD
