I've been actively playing FR for 6 months.

I've never gotten a 5 egg nest.

It took me almost three years to get my first ever eliminate. I know have had my second drop.
But, I've been on this site for three years come July 20th.

You need to get out there and get more nests going then! I only count 38 nests hatched and since your current pair of nests are both matching species they can't even have five egg nests :o

Ironically, my 1st nest ever was a 5-egg one.
I didn't learn how rare this was until a little later one - though getting an achievement that early on in the game did make me wonder.

Me too. I thought it was either a normal occurrence or just a special occurrence for every new nest.

Ditto, I bred my two progens (they were some UGLY BABS but I still have them) and it was a 5 egg nest.
