Flight Rising Discussion

I was looking into lore and the overall population of this world and was wondering if there was a place to tell how many active lairs there are. I mean we only have like 3000 active at any time but how many real players do we have?

also population of a flight is # or lairs right? not number of dragons?

I'm gonna take a semi-pessimistic wild guess and say about 10000 players are actually truly active on FR.

a bit higher than yugi's: 15000 seems reasonable for ppl who dont check in every day

but the map shows a couple hundred thousand registered accounts??? you really think only 10k are active???

you have to take into account how many of those are dead or locked accounts. FR team very rarely deletes accounts, more often locks them. And there are multi-accounters with hundreds of accounts. Not to mention bots, testing accounts, and second accounts that came about because the first account was deleted.

And many people join and immediately lose interest in FR.

oh wow... I never thought about all that. But bots and 100 account holders are frozen by FR right or are they still active and ruining the economy?

@heeroku don't worry, staff gets to guys like that quickly. You don't have to worry about them clogging the community beyond us players remembering trolls, bots and multi-accounters, both in our memories and in our dergins. if you want an example of a troll, this girl's a memento to one called Snarcolepsy. One of my favorite trolls, actually, from the ones I've seen. I have been here for almost 4 years and on the forums a lot .. but have only seen maybe 1 troll.. haha how do you know so much ...

so i guess the flight counts mean nothing... HMMM

Depends what you mean by active. While I agree that there are probably only around like 10,000 some people who check in on a regular basis, there's at least a handful more that appear around holidays.
