I'm having a hard time repopulating my lair since the last purge. When I see a pretty dragon, what pops in my mind is 'oh, pretty' and that's it. I think it's pretty but I don't want it...
Back then, when I was new to FR I could just fall in love with fodders and keep them for a long time. And once in a while peek at the AH for dragons above 50kt and If I found a nice one I really want, worked my newb butt for the treasure. I remember I wanted to have many dragons.
I guess I'm just feeling a little bit numb. I now have a lotta space for fodder, but I feel kinda lonely when I look at my lair.

I still have one of those dragons I worked hard to get the treasure for and I only noticed after I bought him that he had art.

I feel you. I used to randomly buy fodder dragons because I thought they were pretty and I even gened them (one completely, some got one or two genes replaced). I still have them in my lair.
Now I buy fodder and hope I will like it but end up getting rid of it quickly.

I don't really pick up dragons either. Anything I think is neat I'll put an AH search in for in order to make a breeding pair, but if I have to regene it's a no-go.

actually same. nad yet i have so much dergs to get for skins/accents but i dont feel like getting em. theres potentially only one space left before i stop getting dergs altogether, but who knows if its permament

You and me both. I gave up buying dragons and expecting them to be permas, it's just for fun now. At least my lair will be filled with pretty fodder |D
Okay I only ended up in this situation because I forcibly exalted all my original dergs I got as a newb and that scarred my heart forever :')
