well enamor and the arcane skill ones they didn't work since the game start and got fixed at BOTE when coli get revamped if I'm not wrong so if you didn't see it work before that it's quite normal .

Yeah I thought Enamor was broken for a while there, but then I just chalked it up to rng shenanigans
