2-you need high enough level to brew it
3-it is a multi-step brew process making it take a much longer time to brew than just one thing, because first you brew reinforced beakers, then the black reductionsx2, then the imbue sulfur, then the gene
4-alot of people ignore baldwin and simply don't use it so there is only a smaller percentage of the flightrising userbase that will have that high enough of a level and the rare mats needed to make it and are also willing to use their time brewing a gene
5-if someone spends the time and mats brewing a gene then they will likely use it themselves as opposed to selling it for another player to use.
6-it has a high brewing cost
7- so final total for making one is mats+time+cost+motivation to brew for someone that it not yourself so tbh if they sold too low it'd be a loss

Imbued sulfur: 1200 treasure, 1 black slime, 1 white slime, 3 green ooze, 1 blue goo, 2 fine alchemical reduction
Fine alchemical reduction: 250 treasure, 2 yellow goo, 2 purple sludge, 1 reinforced glass beaker.
Reinforced glass beaker (2): 250 treasure, 2 orange goo, 2 red goo, 4 broken bottles
*Gathering: beginning at level 33, this item can be found by Scavenging in:
Arcane
Lightning
Nature
Water
And then you need a bunch of time. And levels.
